Oh god, I just reread this chapter today, and there are simply no words to describe how much I love it. this may honestly be my favorite chapter ever written.period.ugh.ILOVEIT. It's got such a perfect combination of cuteness, fluff, sadness, babytalk, and just pure innocent love (like that last paragraph!!! oh my gosshhh!) on Inuyasha's side that it makes me want to melt. This chapter makes me feel too many emotions that I don't even know what to do with them!!! Haha I don't even know what I'm saying any more. I just wanted to say that I love this forever and ever!

This is such a great read! I really enjoy the dynamic between Toga and Inuyasha, and of course Kagome/Inuyasha - their love together since before her birth. Lovely. I look forward to reading more.

NOOOOOOO. I'm glad they've made up, but not under these circumstances. The way grief and anger change people and how revenge is such a catalyst makes me wonder just how evil Naraku is and how much it will take to kill him.
PS, is this going to remain a short fic or is it going to get bigger and more dramatic? I can see Kikiyo coming into the picture causing drama between our prince and his lady...:/

This was an exciting one!
Even though I'm nervous for what'll happen to I/K now that InuYasha's decided to step up and help his father/avenge his brother, this "take no prisoners" side of him was badass and I can't wait to see him take on the South!
Also LOVED what went down with InuYasha and his father, and how even though they still have A LOT of issues to work through, they were able to unify on this.
Poor Sesshomaru, though! I adored his character in this one. It actually might have been my favorite portrayal of him in one of your stories yet (though I'm not sure, because you make me like him a lot even though he's usually one of my least favorite characters ever, lol).
And this: "...she would crawl across shattered glass to see him smile once more. But the only request he ever made was to be held."
Beautiful line! I love these two. Great/exciting update!

Oh my goodness! I can't believe I missed this story being updated!! Honestly, I refused to believe that Sesshoumaru could possibly be dead, even after the end of last chapter, but the confirmation that he is just about broke my heart D= )':!!!!! I really loved him in this story, and if Naraku was behind all this then I just want him to die and gsoeirjm!!! Haha I couldn't come up with a proper word to describe how much I wanted Naraku to suffer, so I just went with smashing my keyboard!!! I felt so bad for Inuyasha this chapter, losing his father and then basically being told by his father that he didn't even love Inuyasha. And now with all this going on, I'm so afraid of the stress it'll put on Kagome and Inuyasha's relationship :'(!
As always, thanks for writing this, and I can't wait to read more!

always excited to see an update on this story, it's one of my original favorites! (also a huge fan of AFI, so that doesn't hurt either ;o)
I'm resolutely refusing to believe that Sesshoumaru is dead. It's too sad. It's not often I like him in fanfics either, so I want him to stay around, pahaha.
