What a beautiful story! I loved the scheming of the girls to get them together, so cute! Such a steamy last scene too. How the heck did she control herself around him for a whole month? Sheesh ;) Great story!

Damn. This was not one of Kagome's finer moments (when she first met him in person). Girlfriend seriously needed to get bitch-slapped. I was so angry - good for Sango for pointing out how wrong she was. And then Kikyou entered the picture....grrrrr! I'm glad she was being a good girl, though!
And yay, Kagome got over herself!

This one doesn't have enough review love. It's not the one that almost always comes up, but it's my favorite of your one-shots. It's well-paced, not corny, and has a good message, and I love your use of Kikyou.
Author's Response: That's because this site is only a year and change old. VOL actually got a lot of reviews when it was first posted on mm.org. I actually saved them when I left there, too. I thought about adding all of the reviews from there (easily close to 2000( but that's a damned hassle. So all my folks have read this one, no need to review it over. :P But I'm happy you like it! I think this was when I first stopped despising Kikyou. Now that she's dead, I hate her even less.
