so incredibly proud of you for finishing this one out, grrrl. and a plot twist at the end when Kikyou showed up! I literally gasped, it was crazy O_O
I do love me a happy ending, though! This story's probably been one of my favorites of yours (the ballet backstory helps, I used to dance too!) and this chapter was a great ending, as always. Hope you're doing well!

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I didn't see the note in the discription until I went back to it. I think it was really sweet when you used her name, Jesse Angel sounds really nice. I don't know if you heard or not, but there was another named Kim, or psyco_chick32, that also passed away recently. God be with them both, and give yourself a hug from me. :)

no lie when i saw that you updated this story i dropped everything that i was doing just to read it lol.
anyways i loved the ending! i thought it was very fitting and im glad that kagome finally found out the truth. sucks that she had to find out from kikyo but where's the fun in that if she didnt! but even though she did find out from kikyo i thought it was nice how inuyasha sort of got some closure with that part of his life with him seeing kikyo. and aww of course her parents are going to be a little overprotective! their little girl is moving to an entirely different country! haha!! i know my mom was like that when i went abroad for a semester. and i thought it was sweet when kagome's dad called inuyasha son after their talk.
anyways im really sorry about your friend, im sure she would have been very proud of this story. also i think i may be a little late but happy (inugrrrl) birthday!!

Happy 7th Grrrl! I know I'm a bit late in saying this but I'll still say it nonetheless! And while I know it's a bit childish to wish you'd stay forever in IY fandom, I still wish it!
You still own the power to make me feel passionately about the story- I wanted to shake Inuyasha and yell at him to go home to his woman and slaughter Kikyou. Bitch learned too late that she lost something valueable. He's ALL Kagome's now :3 It was a lovely ending and I'm so surprised that a last chapter made me feel any suspense. Good work!
I bet your friend is applauding this from Heaven like so many of your readers are :)

Really beautiful ending. I knew when I read the name of Sango and Miroku's daughter that there had to be some meaning behind it, and I loved reading that you named her after your friend. I'm also really happy with the way the whole Kagome-Inuyasha-Kikyo situation turned out. I was really afraid that Kikyo would turn into the "evil," jealous ex-girlfriend and I think you did her character justice. I almost feel like she is Inuyasha, but a year ago. Kikyo was Inuyasha's lesson, and Naraku is Kikyo's in a way. And after talking with Inuyasha, maybe she can learn and move on with her life as well.
I just really like the sense of closure for this whole chapter. Of course I am uber happy that Kagome and Inuyasha are finally happy together and that one, big lie is finally out! :D
Also, happy (InuGrrrl) birthday! I believe it is technically June 17th on the East Coast, but I hope this still counts >.
