I LOVED THIS STORY! It's one of the best :)

I've thought about this topic a lot. You brought up several good points, some I thought of and some I didn't. I really enjoyed it though, because I think it really shows how InuYasha felt, at least some of the time. Especially when it involved Kouga. It also illustrated how little Kagome thought of doing that to him. She'd just use it when she got frustrated and run away. He never raised a hand to her, and I understand that it did help at times, but she should have taken it off. Or removed the spell, if they wanted a reminder of their 'bond'. While I don't think he ever would have just left period, I could definitely see him leaving for an extended vacation to prove a point and get some space. Anyway, I really enjoyed this, and like I said, it made a very lasting impression with it being from his point of view and no one else's.

I am SUCH a sucker for a happy ending. Kagome got the verbal spanking that she deserved, making her see exactly how much she needed Inuyasha, and just how badly she'd been treating him.

I loved the way Sesshoumaru used his words and poise to drive home the cruel way Kagome has been treating Inuyasha... when he thanked her I went Yes! Go Sesshoumaru! I also loved it when Sango finally spoke up to Kagome about her mistreatment and abusive behaviour towards Inuyasha. I do think it was more Sesshoumaru that hit Kagome most.

I do wish that Inuyasha once he got those darn beads off - beat the respect of Inu-Hanyou into Kouga. (not a big Kouga fan at all...) Then again he always did ran away whenever things got too much for his over inflated ego. His talk of "love" is ...eww... No one can say they truly love another after how much pyshical time spent together - especially when one doesn't listen to a word the other is saying.

This was beautifully written too! I loves it Literary Goddess! So smooth and rich!! Totally Rocking!! if ever there is another to this.. I would love to see Kagome get to see/feel how much pain she put Inu through with those beads.

There it is!!!!!!!!!! Still as wonderful as the first time that i read it! You truly are amazing at writing these things! I love all of your stories!

Great story. I read the first one earlier today, and although I liked it, I have to admit that the ending was a little too depressing for my tastes. Not that I'm criticising or anything, not every story needs to end with happy-ever-after after all. But still, I'm glad that you continued the story. This one was just as beautifully written as the first, and I loved the way everything turned out. It's just too bad we didn't get to see Koga get his butt kicked. Oh well, maybe next time.

As always I LOVED IT! I knew that you posted years ago!!! I did begged you for a second part and you complied, so I just HAD to ask for a second one here too!! LOL  ALWAYS read it again and again. The first time when you posted it at MM and then on Absolution, just wanted to see it here too.

This story is beautiful because each of them are so IN its character, particularly Kaede, Sess, Kouga -U know that he unnerves me!- and then Sango giving her insight as well of Miroku. Mostly loved the turmoil in Kagome's thoughts. I never liked the Kotodama necklace, it's a leash although must remember why -in the beginning- it was placed. But -yeah- she abused it, and do not like when they look at it as a funny thing.

This is one of your most beautiful stories -both of them- and not R rated! LOL

Loved it from the first time! The insight you describe so magnificent is so in-character! You are so good writing continuing stories as AU ones!!

Okay.. I was bawling for Inuyasha! So many writers and some anime/manga followers think it's so 'funny' and 'cute' when Inuyasha gets smashed into the ground by Kagome even though he comes up having scratches and dirt on his face. It *Has* to hurt even having demonic blood. To save his life yes. But because Inuyasha was playing and it annoyed Kagome - no. You saw Kikyou - sit. You're wounded let me tend you - sit. It is about trust and Kagome keeps wanting this of Inuyasha but when she does things that are like this it makes it hard for him to open up. Or when Shippou deliberate goads Inuyasha by pushing all his buttons then wailing to Kagome after a bonk to the head... and he went up against the Thunder Brothers and got THAT punishment?!

I love the realisms and the turmoil that Inuyasha has.... and I do hold this wish as well.. that she removes the beads and it doesn't affect their bond. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if the beads even sealed away some of his powers.

If she would only start being the 'intelligent' and 'mature' woman she claims to be and "communicate" with Inuyasha. Just like in the recent manga where Kagome sat Inuyasha twie in public in front of strangers. Once I can see because of the stress from exams, but when he was going to attack the train - all Kagome had to do was say he would harm and hurt innocent people and he would have backed off.

I already read the second part but if there was ever an side story I would love to see Kagome get a taste of the abuse she dishes.. either as a dream or as out-of-body-in-another's body expericence.
