I read your reviews, so I'm going to address something. :)
This story isn't for everyone, but I ended it the way I wanted it to end, and told it the way I wanted it to be told. Many people didn't agree with the dynamics of how I told it, but this is fantasy, not a continuation of Rumiko's work and too many InuYasha fans fail to see or understand that when they read fanfiction, mine, in particular.
In other words, I will never tell a canon story the way canon purists feel it should be told. I don't adhere to canon characterizations, nor do I write canon with the intent of picking up where Rumiko left off. I am, and will always, write to my own beat.
Please be aware of that before you leave these kind of reviews and ratings. I took a lot of shit from people for my visions when I posted at public websites. It's not something I tolerate under my own roof (I warn about this in my site rules). I know you don't mean to be insulting, but it is, and I usually delete these kinds of reviews and the account of the person who left it. However, you are a friend, so I'm not going to do that this time. If you dislike something intensely, the best choice is to simply walk away from the story and choose another. There are over 100 posted here. :)

Umm... Umm... I'm not a huge fan of Sesshomaru, but I seriously find it hard that he'd turn to ash and dust after his attack was reflected back at him, since he has Tenseiga at his hip... Sorry, that was just a chapter killer right there... I could see her pushing him back, and makiing it hard for him to approach any further, but she doesn't even have the shikon jewel on her, so it just seems impossible for her to do something like that so easily to Sesshomaru; if that were the case, she would have destroyed Naraku when she first heard of his part in what tore her and Inuyasha apart, and the series would have ended too quickly and easily. Just saying...

Wow... Turned down in a huge way... However, somehow I'm not fully convinced he would have had these sorts of issues with being intimate with Kikyo, as if he was repulsed by her in that caliber, he wouldn't have even held her as long as we see him hold her in the series. But, then again, this is a separate story ;-)
