I always kind of thought the priest or someone who found out about the affair offed Kagome. Poor guy, though, being brought the diary and then blaming himself.
Now it's just Rin and Sessh left. I wonder what their fate will be. SO interesting! I love how you expanded from that first part.

Da Grrrl Says: Noooo, the priests/nuns didn't get rid of her. They didn't even know about it until after she committed suicide. Only Rin knew and she didn't judge. I'm almost done with the last part. I just have to finish the ending and place the lyrics. I didn't think of this as a Halloween story, but hell, it fits! xDrnrn
And I admit, while I'm keeping it short like the others, the Sess/Rin will be a bit... heavier. >.>

I dont remember reading this but from the review, apparently i did. This is so sad, especially seeing that she was too weak to choose and opted for the easy way out, for the coward way out, leaving him to suffer =/
Like always, you captured everything perfectly and the song is amazing. I listened to Hurt on and off, but it's been a while since... n now reading this, am all up in their groove now xD
Da Grrrl Says: You're kinda missing the point in Kagome's story. She wasn't trying to be a coward or take the easy way out (Suicide, I'm sure, is not easy). She was torn between her love for God and her love for InuYasha. Factor in that he was pressuring her and issuing impossible ultimatums instead of listening and trying to understand her dilemma, and you have a very distraught girl with nowhere to turn.
His stubborn stance was "him or me". He wasn't going allow Kagome to have both because he didn't believe in God and thought of him as just an obstacle between himself and what he wanted. So, being unable to desert one for the other, she made the choice to end it. I know we all hate seeing InuYasha suffer, but he wasn't the only one.rnrn
And Hurt is just amazing. I saw them live and wow -they sound as awesome as they do on their CDs.
