Yay for Kagome trying to actually live her life instead of bitch at it! Inuyasha is just such a nice guy, he so deserves his feisty hanyou. I really like you've got Sango hitting it off with Kagome so well, and Miroku looking out for her too. That's very telling of their relationship, even if he is doing it based off of getting laid. I cannot wait to see what Inuyasha's parents think of him playing baseball! That could work out perfectly to his benefit, and get them off of his case! Oh and holy pink twinkies Ayame the bad demon? Never ever saw that coming, way to keep me on my toes!

Oh dear, poor Inu has sent Ayame into a frenzy, and now she's hungry like the wolf. Does that mean she's going to start smelling like she sounds? What does that even mean?

One last night of fun for her before Miroku kills her and Kagura dead.

It would have been cool of Inu to mention Jinenji during Kagome's pity fest at the end. I know why he wouldn't if he was trying to make her believe she wasn't a charity case; but his best friend's a hanyou. There's no way he doesn't get tons of grief for that. He could have stopped her "you don't know what it's like" Simple Plan emo-fest cold, and it's not like she'll never get to meet Jinenji and his mother. He probably wants Kagome to meet them more than his own family.

Aw, I loved this chapter! So sweet how Kagome is finally giving InuYasha a chance, and how Kagura--who was AWESOME as the voice of reason and hilarious along with drunk!Sango (LOL @ beatboxing!)--talked some sense into her. Can't wait to see where they go from here! And if miroku really will get let out in the morning xD

You captured the party scene perfectly...right down to the douchey "bro" screaming outdated lines like "righteous," lol. Loved the bit of possesiveness IY displayed when he caught onto other guys checking out his "bunny" and when Kagome told him what the tickets were for. And even though most times its just a front, I love Kagome's tough-as-nails personality. Its a nice change for her, especially when she's not afraid to use it against people like Ayame - who >.> seems to be getting a little ahead of herself, just like another wolf we all know and "love" ;)

ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh. !!!!!! I'm SO excited that you updated this, you have no idea. And am I dreaming, or did I get a shoutout in an IG fic?! You actually made my day :]

That being said, another fabulous update of course! I checked out the picture of IY's costume - yum ;) and it's great to see that Kags is finally coming around a little to his antics. Their relationship is adorable in this fic; he's just this cutie poking at a rock shell :3

The whole Taisho clan really does piss me off though, probably as much so as it does IY. His brother is a total douche and his parents just don't get it.. and if they don't like Akiko/Jinenji, I can't see them being too thrilled about his relationship with Kags either. And that's stretched thin enough as it is, so their disapproval isn't going to win him any points with her.. *sigh*

Reading the frat party sections made me kind of apprehensive for college - I'm starting this fall and I'm wondering if the people actually get that crazy, LOL. I guess it's the kind of thing that's just there if you're looking for it. Sango and Kagura were so cruel to poor Miro though :P

I also love that Kagome is starting to trust people and let her mother into her life. While it's a bummer that trust has always gotten her into bad situations before, she was making her own life miserable by not opening up to anyone, and it's good to see her make an effort to trust that others won't hurt her.

YESSS IY grew a backbone and walked out ;D I'm rooting for him all the way, he doesn't need a trust fund or a name to make it.

"'You're wearing black, too,' he reminded, closing more distance. 'Does that mean we'd look good together?'" was probably my favorite line in the whole chapter. I literally went SQUEEEE in my mind. I'm so excited for the next chapter - their progressing relationship makes me feel warm and fuzzy ^_^

I've seen some other one's like that, but not tastefully done like yours is. The other stories always felt like i was reading the same one, when they switched inuyasha and kagome's roles.
