an update!!! i love this - its so wonderful!! ( i even went to re-read chp 1) xD I love kagome in this one - so much! n that part with her n inu were so innocent n cute!! i was damn near squeeling at the sweetness when she waved baq xDD
I hate his family tho - i so cant stand obnoxious ppl! ugh, its jus painful in itself watching them, much less listening to them x_x plus, as right as sesshy is for knowing he might get a female version of the 'mistake' ... he needs to... shut up? gah! i still love them... that simple saying 'inuyasha's eyes flashed' ... soo soo deadly but amazingly sexy!! xD .. angry hot guys is a turn on lmao
i missed tlking to u so much!! lol, i've been busy with school (senior yr is killing me... literally -_-) am actually skipping school 2day jus to finish off some sba's n type them up x__x ... but am as happy as eva! (i would e-mail u, but am too lazy, n u might be too busy ._.) buuut that bf, i broke up with, we worked this out n we're baq together - i'm falling for him o.o he's making it so easy! lol... n i think we broke up that time cuz not much understanding was tween us, but now we say whats on our mind, n we're closer than eva now ^__^ *hugs myself* the girl who scares commitment is falling!! lmao..... am done xDD
Higurasha... tho, why did that name affect akiko??? is kagome evil? does she have some kind of past like inu - apart from the discrimination? hmmm, or maybe her dad! will u bring him into the picture later on?? I also love that scene with her lil bro. Souta had me smiling so much - he's so kawaii!! And his innocent ways jus made him more cute!!

Author's Response: Bubbles! Thanks for the review, dollface. How are you?? You sound SO swamped. I hated school, so I don't envy you. But look at the bright side: It's senior year! There will be activities, and fun, and then graduation and University. :D That's something to look forward to, ne?
I've been a little busy and I'm writing a lot now. Don't know how many are bothering to read it, but I'm doing it mainly for myself at this point. If people read and appreciate the effort with a review, awesome. But if I see that they're not really interested, I have plans to lock my fiction site down by password. That means that only those with a PW will gain access to future stories. I mean, what is the point, right? Stressing my hands with all of this typing and not knowing if people even enjoyed it puts a lot of things in perspective for me. So, there ya are. But don't worry, if you decide you still want to read, you will definitely have a password. :)
No hints on the story. xD It isn't very long, so I don't want to give away plot points.

man, yash's family is terrible! well, sess is. the rest just seem to be lost in their own stuck up world. i couldn't live in a place like that so i understand why he's gone all the time. and, kags and souta's relationship breaks my heart. that she is hanyou and he's not has to make things nearly impossible for them. poor kags. i hope she goes to the party. i luv sango and miro!! p.s. i hope all is well with you and you had a fun halloween. i'm ECSTATIC that you are writing. 2 chaps in a week! hell yes!

I don't know how your doing this. AMAZZZZZZZZZZZZING, lol. And, i know its been like forever but thats life you get crap on top of one another and you forget to do something. Also of course its awesome romance, the angst helps build it your just so great at it now your probably like i didn't even notice how awesome i am =). Its like the note book, the whole movie your sobbing or about to sob but its so romantic , another titanic. The whole movie is tearing you apart but at the end its like FINALLY!! GOD WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT IN THE BEGINING OF THE MOVIE. I often feel like this about soap opera's...(forced to watch by older sister and mother) Sorry this is kind of long just want you to know i really like your storys and that your fluff is awesome!

Aww...I love this! Its cool to see InuYasha and Kagome with switched personalities and races. She even says "keh!", lol. And Miroku as a "tower of stringy pubic hair" was too funny! But that kinda is what chewbacca looks like...0.o

I'm glad you got a laugh. :P I really hate Chewie -always have. he completely grosses me out, and what made me mention it is that there was a guy hanging around my building on Halloween was dressed like him. YAY! And it's not even my birthday! I really liked douche-Sess. I was waiting for Inu to punch him out. Miroku as a giant fluff of pubes was a nice touch too... And it seems Kagome has a bit of an infamous past... Or at least one of her parents, that'll be interesting. So Kagome's gets to go to a sorrority party, who will save her from such a horrible fate?

great story. thinking on all of the prejudice and injustice in the world. i equate the youkai/hanyou/human division the same way as we experienced in the sixties with segregation, race riots, equality and doctor king etc. when my sister's fiance came to ask our father for her hand our dad tried to bribe him then tried to strangle him with his own tie-- all because of the color of his skin.
you have eloquently expressed the attitudes and responses that people would have in dealing with things they have to endure and things they don't want to accept.
for making yash human and all nice and everything, he is truly in character when he deals with his brother. i think that given the circumstances and opportunities yasha may have turned out just like that.
kagome on the other hand-- her mum tries to keep the chipper personality around her and be encouraging, but having to endure all of the abuse for what she is has made kagome almost a female version of canon yash. if one has to suffer such things they could either withdraw (jinenji) or they could lash out. one wonders if sesshoumaru should eat his words if he were to come across a hanyou rin?

Author's Response: Though this is clearly AU, the roles are pretty much reversed. Kagome IS Canon Yasha, and Yasha is Kagome -so you hit it on the head. I'm making MANY adjustments that I think would be the case if they were born and lived in an alternate universe, but the personalities are definitely switched.
I equate the human/demon/hanyou thing to modern race issues, too. I think that makes sense, so there will be prejudices and things like that in this story. Sesshomaru is just a jerk, lol. Danga, the one to whom this fic belongs, wanted him to be a jerk, so I'm just running with it by making Sesshomaru behave with demons and hanyou the way he behaves with humans in canon. It's actually quite fun. :D
