grrrl. I'm always excited to see a new chapter on this story. You had me rolling with the "If this is another sermon about your refusal to allow me to marry Kagome, I can assure you that the last one is still fresh in my mind" bit!
but yeah, now I'm *incredibly* curious to know 1) what exactly is on this agreement that Toga wants Kagome to sign, 2) what happened to Sesshoumaru, and 3) the ash?? what!? I literally got chills reading that part, it was freaky! O_O but in a good way, because I'm always impressed by how you can draw us into investing emotions into these characters, heh.
anyway, it's good to see you writing and posting, and I'm keeping up with your blog posts too so I have an idea of what's going on in your life :) hope you're doing well!

What a great chapter! Just when Inuyasha and Kagome are settling into their happy married life, they get a slap in the face by another stupid Toga decision. I can't wait for that guy to get his comeupins for messing with those two. And I hope that Sesshomaru is ok! I can't imagine how much worse things will get between Inuyasha and his dad if he doesn't come back safely.

The end was quite tragic they didn´t want a peasant as a a queen so they killed.They say that D.Pedro still made Inęs his queen and maked everybody kissed her hand so they coul show their respect(and she was dead already...wich is creepy). The irony of it all is that one of their descendents (of Inęs and Pedro) end up being one of the best kings in Portugal even if the past he was treasted as the bastard of the royal family.I just hope Inuyasha and Kagome don't end like this,and that Sesshoumaru is alive

Wow, a chapter full of politics. Do I imagine thing? It looks like the vocab. is harder than the previous chapters, I have to look them up ^^"(sweatdrop) But it come out really beautiful writting.
This is a really plot thickens chapter, with the more conflict between father and son , the disappearing of Sesshomaru and the mysterious "ash". I wonder what will happen next. I will looking forward for it ^__^
BTW, I miss the sweet moment between Inu and Kags , wanna more plz, plz.

this, was the worst cliffhanger i've ever read!! Sesshomarou is one of my favourite characters in this story (and in general!!) and you leaving us with this ending and the possibility of no updates any time soon is making me bite my nails!
And you know what the crazy thing is?
A few days earlier i was watching this tv show "Strange addictions" or something similar and the lady on that episode was addicted to eating her dead husband's ashes!!! I know this isnt happening here but the image of her licking the ashes came to my mind after reading the end!

Argh!Let me go over there and smack Toga's head;he annoys me so much.Inuyasha and Kagome story kind makes me remenber of a story here in Portugal between a peasante, Inęs de Castro and the prince and eventually King D.Pedro.I wonder how yours its going to end...

Oh man. That sounds ominous. I think I'm still wrapping my head around that one. Every time I read a chapter from this story I feel truly like I've been placed into that time. Your use of the language is amazing. And bravo for creating more questions for us readers to mull over. lol.

OH. MY. GOD.
That ending!
I actually really loved Sesshomaru and his apple-pie loving self in this one. Wow, though. That was NOT something I would have ever seen coming, but such a good twist!
...and InuYasha in this is too precious. Him and Touga have serious issues to work through, but that confrontation in the study - powerful stuff! I felt so bad for him when he seemed to regret saying what he did, and now I actually feel bad for Touga (a little bit).
Can't wait to see what's up with Sessh and what this'll do to I/K and InuYasha/Touga now. IY spoke waaaaaaaay too soon about being grateful he wasn't in Sessh's shoes xD

I must admit, I was worried that you weren't going to continue this one, but I'm real happy that you did. I had to re-read it though since it's been so long, and I still loved it. Hell of a way to leave it off, too. Inuyasha and Kagome are trying to live their somewhat married life, Toga wants to end it, and now Sesshomaru's missing? That leaves so many questions on what's gonna happen next, but I'll save that for the next chapter. Wonderful as usual! ;)

This fiction is very short (Only 2-3 more chapters), so I can't leave it undone. I just can't. It took me 3 years to finish a 10 chapter story (Sesskags. Can you blame me for stalling? >.>), so I know that no matter how long it's been, I can pick it back up. It just takes concentration, lol.
