I read this earlier this week, and I thought I'd left a review. I checked, and nope. What kinda true fan am I? I thought this was incredibly sweet. No one can make two little kids seem so adorable, and then have them grow up to be well, still cute, but in a different way. ^_^ I look forward to this one, especially since it's been decided that Inu will marry. I wonder who it is. Sorry it's been so long since I've reviewed. I DO still read, and I spin around in my chair when I see new updates. LoL Hope life is treating you well. i meant to review when i first read this awhile back, but i got lazy. sowwy. this fic is soooooooooo uber cute. i'm honestly loving it. ^_^ inu and kags are as adorable as ever and koga is such a duche too. i know he's casted as a jerk in most of your fics but you went all the way in this one. good job! this new security thingy DOES suck because it always took forever to give a review on mediaminer :(. but on a lighter note. So, little one. I see that your Fairy Godmother Muse has finally come back to you (chuckles).
When I first started reading this, the 'feelings' that I got were exceptional. First, and foremost, was elation; the fact that this story hit you at a time when you were least expecting it, and that you were feeling very down because of several reasons, especially health; secondly was the pride that you felt at writing it.
Thirdly, was the fact that you dearly hoped that your readers (lovelies) would accept it, seeing as it's not what you usually write. Not quite your style, as your heart would say.
And fourth and foremost, you wished to give a very dear friend of yours (& mine) something to please her with. A gift straight from the heart.
You are truly an amazing young woman, Babygrrrl. There are facets of your personality that you, yourself, have absolutely no idea of. You are very, very strong, little one. More than you know.
This is beautifully written, albeit from a 'spur of the moment', as you would say.
You've outdone yourself, and in more ways than you know, 'grandaughter'; in more ways than you know.

Author's Response: LOL! His feelings are hardly mature! Not at all! It's puppy love -surely you know what that's like, Axy! Example: My cousin, when she was 11, had a 13 year old writing her love letters, and I mean L-word and everything. So this is nothing! And no comment on the other stuff. <.< And yeah, one more chapter. This is not a horribly detailed story, it's fast moving with major time jumps. Now do your homework so you can write! :D

Then this just got caught in my brain and my fingers started going. It was really starting to get to me, too, so you're right -it was just in the nick of time!

omg! this is such a cute story...and even though i have seen some like it, none of them have even compared. i was hoping that Toga would just surprise everyone and say, "screw you all, hes marrying Kagome!" but that would have been too easy lol. i can' t wait for the rest of this.

I squeed over the title, Goddess... Another perfect chapter!! and I loves the story!!
Kiyoko - I really admire her so much! She is trying to save her baby from her role and let the two have all the time they can while remaining blissfully unaware (Kagome wise).
InuYasha the bean-pole with pinchable cheeks!! lol!! so cute!! and Kagome in little pigtails! I love their fighting as little kids! I can just picture that puppy pout on him! Even though they are fighting they are willing to help the other.
I loved the way you introduced Kouga into the story as a spoilt rich brat who is the bane of their lives. That coach I was cringing over the description like a gaudy (apologizes to all drag queens out there) Drag Queen approved bauble in the Louvre next to the Mona Lisa. And that Kagome and InuYasha are building a sled together. I loved that Kagome was the first to say something about Kouga to her mother. Yay for Kiyoko for having a sled sent to the home to keep their pride.
I hope to goodness Kouga gets his bratty ass kicked! I can easily see him being the type to force a woman against her will especially if she is below status.
I share Kiyoko's saddness. Kaede was kind in her advice and warning. An arranged marriage means the end for them and their happiness. Darn Goddess I am sniffling already with angst!!
Loved that Kiyoko interrupted when she did and used those words! And for InuYasha to understand them at the time he did. *swoons*
I am biting my nails in the sledding scene! Kouga is true to character using tricks to make sure he wins be it lard or jewel shards... HEY! I rhymed! And for Kagome to slip on the icy patch! The heart wrenching and pounding description of the terrible fall they took! The way InuYasha made certain to take the blunt of it!
I wonder how InuYasha is going to react to having his father 'sell him off' like he did. I wonder if it was foreshadowing when InuYasha thought that line of him being alright as long as he has Kagome beside him.
I can see Toga blowing his top and making sure the two are forever seperated when he sees his son wounded and he pins the blame all on kagome (after all she is under status)..
Again I loves it!!
Author's Response: What an awesome review -thank you SO much. It means the world that you actually like it. I still feel rusty from not penning anything in a while, but if you like it I'm totally satisfied with it. In part 3 there will be another time jump, but I'll make sure to mention some of the fates involved from last time. :) This is really the most "fluffy" thing I've ever written (for a chapter fic), and it's actually getting a little easier! I'm about to start part 3 and will most likely post late tonight or Monday. I'm not even reading anything until I polish this off, so I'm focused! I can only hope that you like the last of it. :D
