I got next to nothing done this week. I was busy doing non-IY stuff so only got a bit more written. See, the thing is I want to update a specific story before I do anything else. I actually have a lot written (about 4,000 words, which should be the cut off per chapter), but I absolutely cannot stop where I am. So, that’s the hold up. I need to add to it, so that’s what I’m in the process of doing.
Bear with me. My heart isn’t in IY fanfic anymore. Probably hasn’t been in a long time and I’m holding on only for my readers. I’m not going to abruptly stop writing the stories you follow, but, well, there will be delays. However, I’m sure you don’t care about that. I’m not the only writer whose stuff you guys read, and before I started enforcing reviews, many of you never even bothered to say you gave a shit about a chapter when I did make updating a priority. Kinda makes me wish that a lot of you had showed me how much you enjoyed the stories when you had the chance. I probably wouldn’t have felt so unappreciated and would be caring about updating IY fiction for you a lot more than I do now… But what’s done is done, ne?
