Good News (For Me) and Bad News.
The good news is that my Kau is getting me new art for my “birthday”! I doubt it will be ready by the 16th, but who cares?! I love the artist and always look forward to her goodies! *glomps her*
The bad news is that I don’t think I’ll have an update ready in time for the big day. The original plan was to have a slew of updates all at once like I did when I turned 6, but that’s not going to happen. No way in hell, especially since I have to work tomorrow. The family stuff I had to do ate up all my time, and with just 3 days to go before my anniversary, and another day snatched away tomorrow, it’s just not going to happen.
I guess the semi-good news is that by age 7 I was going to all-out retire. That was the plan. To just walk away whether I’ve completed my stories or not. But I’m not going to do that. I said I wanted to give myself time to finish for my loyal readership and I’m going to do it. So, even if there’s no update on my anniversary, there will be a new skin and chapters to follow (I have several half-written and I’m hoping I can get my shit together long enough to at least complete those and get them posted right away).
So, yeah. That’s my news. Heh.
