Beyond Redemption – To My Old Faithfuls: A Question About Early Pulp-Fiction

To My Old Faithfuls: A Question About Early Pulp-Fiction

For those who’ve been with me for ages, I have a question!

I’m looking through my library and I’m seeing new reviews for old stories and it got me thinking. Some of the really old, incomplete fiction that are a few chapters from the end (Like Pretty Brown Eyes, for example) basically never got completed because I bottomed out on inspiration. I’ve always wanted to complete them, but if the words won’t come, they just won’t.

However -and this isn’t a guarantee- I may be able to pull off some rushed endings. See, I know how every story is supposed to go, even stories I haven’t updated in 4 or 5 years. (My memory is >.> pretty extraordinary that way) But I don’t think I have it in me to devote myself to several more chapters of fiction that no longer inspire me.

That brings us to my new poll question. Would you be okay with a rushed ending so long as you get some kind of ending?
