One For the Road.
Welp, I updated as promised. It’s extremely short (Only about 3100 words) and it was a struggle to even get that much out. I wanted to add a few more scenes, but I was getting frustrated with it. So, before I wrote scenes I’d wind up disliking, or start hating on the chapter altogether, I stopped in a decent place. There’s about 2, maybe 3 chapters left to Love Like Winter, depending on how short I make the next chapters. Either way, I plan to stop by 10 no matter what. (I’m fond of short stories these days).
Things here are the same. I’m tired and unhappy. I figured getting a chapter out would be good therapy, but it was just another chore. I do plan to try to post more this week, but it still won’t be any less of a chore as long as my inspiration isn’t where it should be.
That said, the rest of my evening is dedicated to manga (A Grrrl has gotta have some enjoyment!).
