Thanks for the heads up on this chapter, Ki! I'm really glad that I printed this off and read it before I watched the MJ memorial. :( It struck me as I was watching how loved MJ was and I think Yasha in this story will come to realize the same thing in the end.
Another awesome chapter! "Just this once... believe with me." I loved this line - it really shows Kagome's optimistic nature. And I laughed at Yasha's grumblings about his job... "Fuck him twice. Shit patrol." I don't know if it's becuz I'm really tired or really sick (or more likely becuz of your talented writing), but this line sent me into a fit of giggles. InuYasha was definitely worth the wait. And I loved that Kaede, Totosai and Goshinki saw past the sullen facade that Yash hides behind and extended kindness to someone who has been so obviously beaten down in life. It helped to build his character and he's not so jaded that he didn't appreciate Kagome's efforts to track him down and for him to extend the dinner invite... really, really sweet. I still say you do good um, cotton. XD See, no "f" word here. lol.

I always beam when I see your reviews and know that you liked what you read. <333 I'm with you on MJ. He was loved around the world, but this country... I'll save that for e-mail. I made sure to post this before the memorial because I knew I'd be no good for the rest of the day and I wasn't. It's just insane that it happened at all. :(
But, on to the fic. You know what? Shit Patrol and Believe with me are my faves, too. xD They just felt like that's what each one would say. It's also why I mentioned that Kaede made Yasha want to believe -it's like they both would like to wish on a star, but he's somewhat cynical now. He feels isolated and alone, so we're hoping that he can see love before it's too late -like MJ. Many loved him, but I wonder if he knew how much. It's sad. Sigh.
And I'm allergic to cotton and all cotton-based materials! >.>

ADORABLE chapter. Yash was definitely worth the wait. I can't wait to see how he and Kagome interact next time. Their tempers have already sparked, though....it wouldn't be them if that hadn't happened. :) But, also, like always, Kagome is able to see underneath that seemingly tough facade of his. I definitely can't wait to read more.

For a second i thought the pic might be inu's child n kikyou >.> lol, but i realize it meant Inu would be too old for kags n we cant have that now can we?
I like the flow of this which is just right. I hope that as kags find out more about Inu, she falls for him without realizing it...Bank is hot, but we cant have him gettin kaggie when inu is in the story xD

I loe this new fic!! That locket reminds me of the anime itself.. where kags had made 1 for inu. I love how Kags personality is btw.. she's so childishly cool
And grumpy Sango is to love! lol. Recently when u write her, i get easily annoyed at her personality but i cant feel anything but love for her. It's like she's kags mother, always lecturing her on her childish ways.

Girl!!! Oh, I can't wait to see what happens next. I was right, this is right up my alley. I love the whole concept. A good bit of romantical fluff is just what the doctor ordered. Smex or no smex. Another lovely chapter! I'm really enjoying the rapport between Kagome and Sango. The banter is wonderful, and underlying it all is a true friendship. <333 No, I'm not tearing up, but keep this up and I'm going to be shedding a few. ^_^
I never told you this, but hubby bought me a locket after the kids were born. I had printed up pics of them on the comp to fit the small space and silly me, showered wearing the thing and the pictures faded... so parts of the story are making me go O.o. There are a few others, but I'll tell ya in private.
Judging by the reviews, a lot of people love da grrrl's fluff. Hmmm, should do it more often, ne? XD I can so see your grimace - writing waff is like pulling teeth someone once told me. LOL.

I'm so happy you're enjoying my <.< cotton. (The F-word is getting banned around here!). Kagome and Sango have good chemistry -like us- and Sango talks her down from the heights (like someone else I know! <33), so they're great fun to write.
I'm freaking off the locket coincidence! Holy crap, lol. Now I'm all O.o. But that's good; you'll feel closer to the story!
I'm working on chapter 3, which is important because it's Yasha's debut and I'm trying not to pressure myself (damn build ups!), so let's just hope that it flows well, in keeping with the rest of the story.
I'm so excited about being able to give you something decent (and in a timely fashion. >.<). *HUGS*

How sweet of Kohaku! And here Sango thought he was just a "lazy ass." (Okay, I did too...but that's the beauty of plot twists!) I love it. And I can't wait to see Yash's reaction when Kagome comes over with the locket...if it'll be a happy, surprised, maybe angry one? He's already built up an interesting background, having lived on the beach, and grown up in the system. I can't wait to find out more!

Yesh, Kohaku is actually a good kid and I'm surprising myself with how much I like penning this. probably because it's so short! Sometimes a carefree plot is just what the doc ordered after feeling so blocked. I hope it's the premise to a nice flurry of updates.
As for Yash, this is the longest I've gone in an I/K fic without his appearance. It boggles the mind! But I can't give any hints about anything, after all, it's halfway over! :D

I almost feel like a detective with her trying to uncover the secret of this Inuyasha man!!!! urgh, i wish i could uncover awesome artifacts and dig me up a nice hot man ;p jkjkjk, but i seriousness I really like this one because it's makes me excited to find out and discover what's going to happen next, like a child's game.
