All I can say is....WOW! This whole story was terrific (I
found it on an alert, so I'm a bit late to the party), and
I can't praise it enough! Inuaysha is WONDERFUL here. So
is everyone else, especially the new and improved Sesshy,
LOL. But Kaila, what a BITCH. Pretty please tell me that
Kikyo is not going to be able to take Kags and Inu away
from each other in her time, too! Now that Inuyasha SEEMS
to be himself again, I sincerely hope that that bitch will
be dealt with. She has caused enough pain. The cliffie at
the end of this chapter was just downright EVIL, so I hope
you don't plan on torturing us for too long, LOL.
OUTSTANDING story.

'Bout damn time Inu came to his senses...now...what to do
'bout Kaila....And that was a swing into
left-fucking-field too, with Ayami there. I totally didnt
see that bit coming. Heh, it was great tho, lol. But shes a
determined Ookami, she'll find out whats in that
room.....But I just LOVED the whole...you
know...transforming thing with Inu.
Cracked me up with 'Uncle Yasha is a puppy' and 'its a
gene pool thing'...lmao. It took ya a bit but was well
worth the wait. :D

memory. This was a great chapter and nice to read how
Inuyasha transforms and Sess welcoming him back as Baka.

Umm, damn! I have to agree with the previous post...the whole changing scene in bed with Kagome was really great, very tender and sweet..and well v. sexy to say the least.
It's so nice to have Inuyasha back! Now...if only that nasty Kaila would kick it....I also can't wait to see Kouga get it served to him Ayame style. Could make for some intense scenes ;) Great update!

Just finished both parts a great take on the inuverse. A very riveting and emotional journey for them both. But I must say the ending begs the question is Kagome really Kikyou's reincarnate if in the ending sequence between Kikyou and Midoriko holds true? and I quote "And you understand that giving up your soul a second time means that you will never be reborn again?" So either it means Kagome is not Kikyo's reincarnate, or due to Kagomes timeline, she will not be reborn after she dies thus not meeting up with InuYasha again. Either way is to sad to even think about.

Da Grrrl Says: First, thanks a lot! It's funny, by the time I reached the final battle I was so tired of this story. lol. I'm not a canon person, as you can probably tell, and this little series made me want to pull my hair out at times because I succumbed to the pressure of making the sequel. The first one was how it was really supposed to end. But so many deaths had my readers reeling, so I gave in and plotted a second story. But it's all good now because a lot of people did enjoy it.
Anyway, the Kikyou thing. This has been asked before, so I know now that it's because I wasn't thorough. I may have to add a few lines to the final chap so it's more understood... Anyway, when she told Kikyou "You can never be reborn again", she meant Kikyou alone, not Kagome. In other words, they share a soul. Just the two of them. When Kagome died, that soul was returned to its original owner, allowing her to live again. What Midoriko was telling her is, "If you give this soul away again, YOU, KIKYOU, can never come back again. Sort of like how Tenseiga can't revive Rin ever again. It happened once, so if she were to die a second time, the sword can't do anything about it.
Kikyou made the sacrifice of giving up her life a second, final time to give Kagome back to InuYasha. So, let's say Kagome got hit by a car and died. Kikyou doesn't get that soul back, and thus, will never live again. That's all she meant. Once Kikyou's dead again, she's dead forever.
Hope that cleared stuff up a bit. ^^

That is so sweet. He doing ecerything right for his own child. So everybody remembers their past life but Inuyasha. And Kagome didn't say who they were probably because she thought they who think she was crazy or confused because she was birthing a child. When actually they all ready know. And I hope Inuyasha is as slow as can be sometimes and realizes that that's his mate and child. He looks like you she names the child after you she looks at you loving and she knew your name. He got some pieces now it's up to him to put the puzzel together.
