Another good chapter. Bankotsu and his crew sound a little....SLOW (lol) but also dangerous. Sesshomaru and his crew better watch their backs. And I can't wait until they all get to the club and meet up with the girls. Inuyasha and Miroku are going to be in serious trouble with their future ladies when they find out about the guys' "jobs." Both of Kagome and Sango have more than ample reason to despise drug dealers. That is going to be VERY interesting. Sessh's situation seems a bit more complex, though. Is he going to end up with Rin or Kagura here? I guess I'll just have to keep reading and see. Enjoyable as always.
Author's Response: Ms Goddess! Thanks for the review ^_^ Happy you enjoyed it, and I must say, you do catch all of the little things! Yesh, there is nothing more deadly than "brainless balls", lol. And yesh! Sesshomaru's situation is probably the most complex of everyone's for a lot of reasons though I shant spill the bans 0.~ But in this chap, though it was made to introduce more of the characters, also gave up a few secrets on how the lives of so many strangers are intertwined without them knowing it. So, the next chap is when people start meeting and we go from there!

Yo, Grrrl! What's Up beside the sky and this angstier than angst chapter. (Is 'angstier' even a word? Who cares?) Anyway, I've been like holding my breath waiting for you to update this one since this story is like one of my favorite stories that you've written. Now, that I've finally exhaled you've got me holding my breath again with anticipation of what will happen when Kagome and InuYasha finally meet. Damn, Grrrl! If you don't update soon, someone's gonna have to qive me mouth to mouth because my crazy ass forqot to breathe. (Where's Denzel when you need him? HEEEYYY!) So please, please, please, update soon. I can't believe that that's Rin's character!!! She's usually really sweet and the most innocent of all. I love it!!! I also loved the phone number thing Sango did. That was really cute!

This isn't a "romance" kinda fiction with white knights and whatnot, lol. Everyone in this has issues and nothing just falls into place just like it wouldn't go that way in real life. ^^

I love this chapter InuGrrrl. I love how you introduce the characters Shippo and Kohaku dealing on the corner,and how they plan on going to the club to see Rin and Kagome (their secret crushes), Mirkou and Sango setting a date at a drug rally now that what I call irony,Kough and Kikyou in the same gang and on top of that they can't stand each other,now that is beautiful. I can't wait till Inuyasha get to the club and see Kagome on stage that is going to be priceless you think this will be an answer to his prayer? "When will he be able to stop loving his mate so much, to move on?" Oh, I almost forgot about Rin she's dancing, what will Fluffy say when he see her? That makes you what to go mmmmmmmmmmm? I love how you can "see" what things are leading to. I guess I called this one "Intertwine" because you're getting the first taste of how everyone's lives are connected without them even knowing it, and once secrets and identities are revealed, lots of "stuff" will happen. ^_^ I'm gonna try to get the next chap out this weekend!

oh, the angst! poor inu! kagome will make it better or else she's gonna get her little innocent ass in a boat load of trouble with a very mixed up hanyou and a rough group of dealers and wise guys. i like the non innocent rin. she's alway the sweetheart and seeing her as the more worldly one is a nice change. i'm curious to see how she's gonna play out with our boys. kikyou and bank! now there's a pair (well, kikyou and most but still) and is kouga a bit..well walking the line? your descriptions make it seem like he could bounce the boys or the girls. i love this one.

I remember this fic. I fucking HATE it, because I loved Tanisha, and how the hell you gonna kill her? :( She was so beautiful and perfect, and everything we try to make Kagome be for Inuyasha, but she was already that.
Anyway, since it has to be all "cannon", you should write an interratial fic again... just write their struggles and shit. It'd be sad, too, but you'd be good at it. I wonder what that hanyou would have looked like, too? Mixed kids always have the prettiest coffee milk skin.
Sesshomaru, I need you?! DAYUM. Must keep readin.
Author's Response: Luc!!! I know, I know... A few people were upset about her dying. But you know I always get I/K together somehow. But honestly, I wanted to do a prequel when this one is done. Just a short thing showing their life together before she was killed just to have some closure on the whole thing. ^_^

That was hawt! There were parts in there that made me laugh (the whole Skankees, Jeter, AJobber conversation and Yura the Whore which could be a play on the Yura the Hair, or at least it sounds like it).
I think it's interesting how you've written Kagome (what little we've read of her in this story). She's still the happy, clueless, somewhat sheltered girl she always is (although the sheltered part could be Kagura's doing). I'm sure the Inuyasha/Kagome get together (meet & greet, hookup, whatever you want to call it) will make sparks fly (and not necessarily in a good way).
Great update all around. I can't wait to read the next one (just not on the weekends- they're bad for me) :)

InuGrrl, you did again, I really love this chapter, It's a great read. I especialy love the New York references in the story, i.e. 9/11 Kagome and Kagura's back story and the basebal disagrement between Inuyasha and Mirkou.(not a big Yankees fan, I like them, I'm more of a White Sox/Cubs fan can you guess where I live?)Also like Sango and Kohaku's story too.
