O.O i did a double take when i saw u update a fic - this fic in particular!!
I'm so happy u updated this for some odd reason!! haha, i luv kikyo.. bless u for making me like her in the fic xD haha. What happen to her dad was tragic but i respect her for taking the situation inuyasha have so... proffessionaly, and at the same time nvr forgetten that she's a friend... n she didnt judge him!! thats rare now-a-days.. or now-a-fics xD hehe, ah, am rambling again!
i wanted to pop Sango *nods head* even if inu is wrong or being an ass, it still love him.. the love would always over power everything lol... but the interaction btween she n miro is so cute! n kudos for my pervy guy(miro) for holding off... u gotta love him too!!

Author's Response: Bubbles!! Thanks for the review, girly! I had a real itch to write KOR for some reason, so here it is. I may update it again pretty soon since I have it on the brain. But I have a couple more that I'm working on so I can get more out in a timely fashion. Sango is a good girl, just overzealous. Miroku is a caring pervert, Kikyou is actually nice -what a shock! Yasha and Kags, hehe... nothing to say there. But I'm glad you liked the update! :D

You updated, you updated!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so excited! Amaaaaaaazing chapter! That was an interesting turn of events - Kikyo's story I mean. If Inuyasha had been talking to anyone else, they probably wouldn't have rejected his suicidal longings so passionately. Kik is actually nice in this fic....
However, she is still Sango's cousin. What if Sango somehow provokes it out of her, like Miroku's provocation caused her to slip? Or maybe Sango will outright demand it out of her. I can't wait to see where this goes!

WOW. I'm really glad I gave this a chance instead of skipping over it because this story is AMAZING. Deliciously angsty and a real eye-opener to things I knew happened in the world, but never really gave a second thought to except to say "gross, that's disgusting" without really understanding the individual people involved. The prologue was just freakin' AMAZING, too. I love how you tackle subjects most people wouldn't touch..it's really brave and shows a sense of open-mindedness(is that a word? lol). And now the secret is out! Hopefully Kikyou keeps her word about things never leaving that dock and starts practicing some of that doctor-patient confidentiality...she'll need it for when she becomes a shrink. I, too, am glad you gave KOR a shot. It's one of my "deeper" fictions that people either love or hate. I admit that I do love rolling around in subjects that make other people flinch to a degree. I get a lot of flack for it, but really, I don't write it for them. I write it for myself and my lovelies who have very much accepted me the way I am.
I personally don't agree with incest at all. But I've always understood that the feelings and emotions involved were complex and deserved more than me cringing at it. Therefore, I painted a scenario of how it may look from the inside out. I'm trying to keep everyone real and honest. I mean, there has to be a TON of self-loathing, confusion, and pain in something like that. So, I'm trying my best to show that and encourage sympathy for people that can't help who they love. Hearing that you really like it is music to my, well, eyes? LOL. It means that I've reached one more person. :D

I first saw this on FFN, and then I hit your site to see if there was more. And happily there was. Like I said before, morbid curosity got the best of me, and now I'm just in love with the writing and the angst of the whole plot-line.
You gave unrefutable reasoning behind the actions and feelings so much detail that it lends to the characters even though the actions are forbidden.
Really looking forward to reading more of this when you get a chance!

Truthfully, when I first read the summary, I was slightly turned off by the whole incest dealie, but then I kept reading it, and now, Inugrrrl, I am proud to say that you've successfully managed to have me teetering on the edge of my seat. Hell, I've already fallen off.I'd also like to add that I will be reading more of your splendifferous, predominantly Inu/Kag fics.
Author's Response: Wow! Thank you so much. *big cheesy grin* Whenever someone tells me that something I wrote that would normally squick them got a pass, and even a nod, that makes my day. I know this kind of story has the power to gross some people out completely. But I'm happy to say that the response to this fiction has been amazing and I'm very, very proud.
On a side note, I'm hardcore InuYasha/Kagome. The only time I deviate from that formula is when I'm writing a gift. Otherwise, that's my one true pair. :) I always save my best for them, so I hope you stick around and let me entertain ya! ^_^

Oh! Tell me you've got more in the works? You just about killed me with that cliffhanger. I didn't intend to finish what you'd got here in one night (morning?) but I was just compelled to keep reading. Oh God was a popular phrase I admit. My insides quailed at the notion that a brother and sister should be in love like that but at the same time I ached for both of them. Their love is so pure. All the things they'll have to give up... It was interesting throwing Kikyou into the mix like that and the intereactions between the parents crack me up. They're so cute! I can decide if they're cuter than Miroku and Sango. I look forward to reading more, block permitting of course. :)

The next chapter is 40% written. With any luck it will post in a couple of days. The parents are definitely cuter than sango and miro. It's like, the story is more focused around the "family" than the friends.

so i finally caught up on this story. figures it takes being sick with a sore throat and a migrane to get some time in life, ne? lol. i'm so glad i caught up; wow, he told Kikyo. have i mentioned that i find of like Kikyo in this story? she's not an ass, she's not a dolt, she's directly in character. definatly have points with me there with her (but then again, all your stories rock so you know...). anyway, great update, i think this chapter was perfect!!! i love that kikyo just threw it out there in the end and he didn't flinch. that's awesome. well written!!!
