Me again! I love this story! I read this on fanfic and now I'm here. ^_^ This chapter is adorable! Inuyasha and his wolf's interaction is perfect. And the couple are so nice to Kagome. I just hope they don't get in the way of Inuyasha and Kagome's relationship. I'm like Inuyasha's broken speech. Makes him so incredibly cute! You make me so jealous of Kagome in all your stories. This story is absolutely adorable; I just fell in complete love with it! I love InuYasha and his wolf, and their interactions are perfect. I'm hoping Maikero and Aiko won't prove to be too big of an obstacle for InuYasha and Kagome to grow closer, but my instincts are saying yes (but good intentions on their part of course, but still...).

you sold me at that quote, hook, line and sinker, (I also a firm lover of vanilla but do love the occasional dark chocolate). This fic just makes me all floaty inside and I think that their pairing in this has quite possibly the most heartfelt interactions despite Inuyasha's lack of verbal communcation. Every chapter in this story brings a whole new appreciation to my favorite pairing and reminds me always of my love of these two.
And how are you doing lovely? I hope you're taking some quality time out for yourself every now and then and not sweating over a keyboard. I'm sending you some virtual pancakes just in case ^_^ mmmmhmmm who doesn't love pancakes? I any case my love and thoughts are always with you and I hope to hear back from you sometime!

Thanks so much for the review lub. I know I suck for not updating this sooner. I've just been swamped, and even when I cut a few things back, there never seems to be enough time for writing the way I want. Then, my carpal flared up last week and everything just HURT. It's better now, good enough to write a bit, but I'm taking it easy.
I like the way these two are working out. They're slow, but deep -if that makes sense. They're connecting on a deeper level than physical, and as the next chapter will reveal, they're willing to change for one another and meet halfway. They're endearing. :)
In "me" land, I'm okay, other than the carpal. I'm not 100%, but better than I was 2 days ago when my shoulder felt like someone punched me 80 times in the same spot. >.< But the pancakes help greatly -especially if they're chocolate chip pancakes (Not a big choco fan, but in small doses, yes!). :D
How are YOU fairing? I hope the summer has been good to ya!

I'm so sorry it's been so long since I've reviewed, but don't worry I've been reading everything when I get free time. This fic always makes me squeal (that and true colors). I love Inuyasha's soft nature towards Kagome and the old fashion romance. It's almost a breath of fresh air to read this fic. Hmmm, I wonder when Kagome will give in to Inuyasha's alluring self???!!! 'wiggles eyebrows, patience is not always a virtue! go get him while he's hot kaggs!' ^_^ And how are you dear? Everything going well I presume and hope? Until my next review Kik! I’ve always liked this one for many reasons. Mainly because there’s no technology; more back to the basics. It’s more similar to the InuYasha anime when they go to the feudal era. I love it. ^^It’s great that you have so much to play with in this story. You’ve kept the characters down a lot so it gives the ones you do show, more time and space to develop together and separately. Until you add more characters. How is everything going with you? Anything new and exciting happen recently?
Author's Response: Nat! ^_^ There won't be that many more characters, honestly. I'm trying to stop this fic from becoming an "epic". I want to have almost all of the focus on InuYasha and Kagome, and let them evolve into what I want them to become. And you're right. It's a "back to basics" kind of story where they don't have many modern conveniences, and the characters aren't worldly. They're kids living in the terrain, so to speak, so that's different for me. But I do have fun writing it and I don't hate it yet, so... xD
