well, eva since the whole tlk about those papers i knew all happy ending was halting for a while... i mean, i jus KNEW that woman would want her jaden baq *rolls eyes* typical ><
and it jus hit me harder bout the problem when naraku told inu that jaden is his son... then he was gonna say the same for kags but didnt... i kno it was simple but it hit me alright n it sucks!

Author's Response: Girl, I finally, FINALLY did your fiction. I wrote it all out, so now I just need to rewrite it properly and add dialogue and details. It's 5 chapters, set in the canon universe. I'll need some time to get it posted, though. I really want to chip away at some of the stuff I have going first. But I assure you that it's finally coming (the first chap ina bout 2 weeks?) and I think you'll like it. :D

This story is a little bit like mine... (my boyfriend has a child too, but he don't wanna see it and says that he isn't the father. The fact of the matter is that the little girl is exactly looking like him!!) Please don't think bad of him, he was very young and the mother of the child hasn't sayed anything about her pregnancy.
I'm very scared because sometimes i'm dreaming of a little girl that looks like my beloved boyfriend and I think if i would see that girl my heart would shatter in tiny pieces.
I don't know what I would do (it remembers me soo much of kagome...)

It scared me in the last chapter that Sango almost lost her baby, or so I thought. But I'm glad that they had a cute little girl! Way to go Miroku and Sango!!!!! Hehe.

well, i figured something would go and screw things up, but not that. this could really ruin everything. no! and they are so close. i hate the sytem sometimes! but, on a lighter note, the party was so cute. and kimi giving jaden the indian head nickel was adorable. i remember those when i was little, and they were rare waaay back then. ^_^ a little boy would be thrilled with one. your ideas are so perfect. the kiss was a nice touch. aww. i wonder who was at kagomes house? most likely someone i don't want it to be. hope to see more soon. luv it.

WONDERFUL chapter, Kiki! You don't give yourself nearly enough credit for your talent at writing fluff and sweetness. ALL of the family stuff was terrific. And the kiss with Jaden and Kimi....too CUTE! Lol
I also liked how you had the girls talking trash when they were whipping their husbands butts. A lot of women pretend that they don't gloat when they win something. S***, lol. As an incurable card player, I know....we talk just as much trash as the guys do ^_^. It's so fun, after all.
As for the Takahashi family bonding...it was beautiful. They had to go through a lot of pain to get where they are....but clearly it was all worth it. And, clearly, Kagome didn't need to continue reminding Inuyasha of his infidelity. The poor guy still hasn't forgiven HIMSELF for it, even though Kagome seems to have moved past it. He truly is a family man and heart, and knowing that he was nearly responsible for destroying that would always bother an honorable man like him.
BUT, I'm beginning to wonder if Inuyasha ever betrayed his vows at all. You dropped some MAJOR hints, girl, that all may not have been as it appeared to be on Inuyasha's night with Kikyo. Like Jaden sometimes looking like Inuyasha and sometimes not. And Inuyasha's COMPLETE blackout on the night in question. I don't care how drunk you are, you usually remember SOMETHING, especially if you actually SLEPT with someone. And, last but not least, Kouga's insistence on talking to NARAKU about what is supposed to be Inuyasha's custody case. Kiki, what in the WORLD are you up to, chica? I can't wait to find out!

I enjoy the fact that you make it very realistic in the fact that they still talk about the unfinished business with the past, it's very nice to see how a real progression of a family develops with problems and all.
And how ironic kiki, Kouga the handsome lawyer. How did I know that his furry butt was gunna pop in somewhere along the line! Really, it almost makes me shrivel a little at the thought of Naraku being this nice but it's really only something you could pull off. But you're almost ready to close this one up right? I really can't wait for the end!!!

Yep, I gave Naraku the role of a good guy (he doesn't get that enough). That's why people bitch about my characterization. They expect me to make everyone exactly the same in every story to "prove" that it's an IY fiction. My response? Go read someone else; last time I checked, I can do what I want. *shrug* I got bitched all over at the IYFG when this fic took first place for Best I/K Romance. They claimed, especially the old hag that called me out about it, that it wasn't IY. Then they tried to put up a vote to stop fiction like mine from being allowed into certain categories. The measure was defeated by vote, but I suppose it goes to show how some empty people really build their lives around fanfics.
Anyway, back on topic! Yesh, Naraku is nice, and Next of Kin? You'll find out what that means in the next chapter. 0.~ Yes, this story is nearly a wrap, and I'm really happy that you've enjoyed it! That's always the goal. ^_^
