Holy Si--Sugar!!! This chapter is great. Was that Kikyo, Kagome saw? And the next of kin could Kouga have found Kikyo or is Naraku the father. Remeber the birthday party Kagome was looking at Jaden and she said "sometime he look so much like Inuyasha and the other times he doesn't", Makes you want to say mmmmmmmmmmm.

and here i thought this was gonna be like an epilouge when i saw the 3 years later! lol! i'm kinda glad its not though...this story was so hard for me to start reading, but i completely adore it and am so glad i did. so was that kikyou at kagomes house? is she the next of kin kouga was talking about? did she throw him out just to change her mind all of a sudden? >.< i'm going crazy questioning myself over her motives. great update!

Ah, lol, joking. Good chapter and an appropriate final hurdle for them to jump to make it alright. Seems to me though, considering she dumped him off on Inuyasha and how good a life Jaden has with Kagome and him, I don't see how Kikyo has a chance in hell getting him back.

man, i can understand how both of them felt. yash was worried about his son, and kagome was still feeling like an outsider. anyone, no matter how in love, would struggle with a situation like that. i love how jaden, in his innocence, mended what might have been impossible for them on their own. you made this fic a heartfelt/heartbreaking and endearing read. i loved it like i do all that you write. i hope you are as pleased with it as all of your fans surely are. i wait patiently for more!! ^_^ much love! *hugs*

Awww sweet!!! I was about to take issue with Sango landing on her stomach but it all turned out well (that was one of the stupid questions in "What to Expect When You're Expecting"- how I hated that book- LOL).
And now that I've finished this and laundry it's time to refill my water and try to get to bed for a bit before Ruri wakes up again (if I'm lucky this will be her long sleep cycle). Yup 12:28 I'm gonna be dragging ass tomorrow.

Yay! Jaden isn't hanging off the monkey bars anymore! :) Seriously, though, it is so good to see you writing and posting again! And thanks so much for the shout out! I'm so sorry it took me so long to review, but I haven't even checked my email in days because we have so many close out activities at work. Ugh! But, anyway, on to the chapter...
LOVED it! I'm so glad that Jaden wasn't hurt...and that Sango wasn't hurt saving him. Man, that one came out of left field in a good way; I never would have guessed it. But, once again, Miroku and especially Sango, prove to be gold. I have loved them in this one.
As for Inuyasha and Kagome....wow. That was a tough situation. And our boy screwed up royally. I can't much blame him; he and Kagome had just started getting over their rough patch, mostly due to her refusal to accept Jaden. But, still, if he truly meant that she was Jaden's parent as much as he, you can't make slips like that. It's understandable that he did, especially considering recent events, but still....ouch!
But...he realized the error of his ways quickly and came back to being the prince that he is (after being quite the frog, lol). Of course, he had a BIG assist from little Mr. Short and Adorable (Jaden is a DOLL!)...but, still, he came around, lol. And so did Kagome. I really liked her in this chapter, for the first time in a while. She truly has become Jaden's mother in all the ways that count. Blood certainly isn't everything, and Kagome proves that here. Good one, girl!
Author's Response: Ms. Goddess! How I do love your reviews! ^_^ You know, I liked her, too! Kagome has come such a long way and really stepped up. And Yash >.> he messed up, girl. He really did, but like you said, it's understandable. He was already feeling bad for it, but Jaden just killed it with that picture. I'm guessing that when he saw it he remembered exactly what was important and who Kagome really was. Bet he won't do that again!
We're almost done with this one -finally. I owe chaps up the butt, and they're going to feel a little blocky, but they're coming. I'm trying to find my groove so I can complete a few things before my anniversary. So, we'll see.
And you're welcome! I've been owing you that chappie forever, lol. I was like >.< I know she's like, this Grrrl has had him on those bars for months! :P
