I had a hankering to re-read this story for a while but the site was closed down for maintenance so I had to patiently wait lol. But I really liked this story. And I don't blame Inuyasha for leaving them for a while. They say they treated him like an equal but at the same kept using the beads to 'keep him in check' and even at times some form of entertainment. Him leaving them was definitely a much needed reality check for the group. And I loved Sango in this one! Tell it like it is girl!! Haha, anyways hope things have been going well!

so i read this entire story last night cause i got bored and wanted to read a story that i havent read before. and man do i have to say that i LOVED this story from start to finish!!
i thought it was so cute how they met with the little candy scene and the abuse parts were so heart-wrenching! but not as much as the parts where they were separated! also im so glad that after their whole misunderstanding they finally got to see each other before inuyasha left! and damn were those scenes crazy with everyone yelling at each other and the confusion going on. as i was reading it i was like 'nooo!! you idiots!!!! haha' also i loved how when hojo told sango he was gay she was like, well why didnt you say anything?! and hojo was like, uhh i could barely get in word in when you were like that lol. but nice twist with inuyasha's 'family' when he moved like next door to kagome not really being his family. and though im glad that his bro and dad finally found him it is sad that they had to miss out on his childhood and everything. but every time i see sesshomaru not stoic it always makes me feel awkward cause im just not used to seeing him like that lol. also loved the bonding with the two brothers, i cant believe they both got their tongues pierced! but what types of tattoos did they get? oh and im glad hojo left home, what perfect timing that when inuyasha moved out sango and miroku needed a new roommate. also im really glad kikyo wasnt a major problem in this story (go sango for telling her off like that! haha)and i hope that yura finds someone. anyways im just happy everything worked out in the end!
p.s sorry about that really long review! i was so into this story that i didnt wanna stop reading it! hence the reason why i put most of my thoughts into this one review instead of going back and reviewing each and every chapter lol!!

As for Sesshomaru, this IS alternate universe fanfiction, so you really shouldn\'t expect canon characterization. Sometimes I do it, sometimes I don\'t, but I mostly don\'t.

ahhh!!! finally had time to sit down and read this! you also have no clue how happy i was when i saw that this story was updated like a while ago haha. but so many feels!!! lol! loved the scene with inuyasha and kagome, so cute! and ohhhh, the plot thickens even more!

When I first read it I thought the previous chapter was the last one (which still would've been a great ending), but I'm glad that you put this chapter up. omg after like 2 days i finally have some down time to actually read this chapter! ugh!! school, i actually read about half of it yesterday but then i realized that i had a quiz the next day that i had to study for lol. but now that that's done i can sit a read this! but whoa baby this chapter was pretty hot, but poor rin though. cant wait to see what happens next with kagome and inuyasha though. i also thought it was adorable how she was like 'cheesecake?!' and basically squealed, i only find that amusing cause i love cheesecake haha. anyways cant wait for the next update!
You know, I honestly don't remember ever reading this story. But I totally just read the whole thing right now and I have to say that I loved it. Very different from the normal cliche ones and I liked it. Though I keep picturing Kaede as the one in the show haha. But well done! Thanks for the second update and can't wait for whatever's next!

I saw this update a few days ago but didn't have a chance to sit down and read it until now. I'm currently in the process of moving across the country, oh fun fun fun. But I love Rin's portrayal in this story! I'm excited to see where her and Sesshomaru's relationship will go, whether that be romantic or not. I also love the screencap! omg!! i wanted to cry after reading this chapter! first from the beginning where inuyasha was frustrated cause he couldnt speak fluently and the fact that he feels like he's not worthy of her (because he has no material things to provide kagome), so he wanted to leave.
then at the end where things were getting a little heated but the some sort of mis-communication/misunderstanding (not really sure what word im looking for but something happened between their make out session and when kagome told him to stop and leave)happened. my heart broke for both of them! well, mainly inuyasha but i could see why kagome freaked out a little. i hope they work things out soon!
but then again logan's idea for the forest and koga's presence/role in the story might complicate things a bit. especially because koga's interested in getting to know kagome better..
hmm this may be the longest review for a chapter i've ever written here, lol! anyways can't wait for the next update!!

Ohhh his parents in this story. But I kinda like it, nice change of pace from most of the other stories and their portrayals of his parents. I also thought it was adorable how he wanted to see Kagome after that whole thing with his parents. Thanks for updating and can't wait for the next one!

phewww, after a long week i FINALLY had time to sit down and read your updates! and i was so happy when i saw there were 2 updates! anyways i loved the ending! i thought it was very fitting and im glad that kagome finally found out the truth. sucks that she had to find out from kikyo but where's the fun in that if she didnt! but even though she did find out from kikyo i thought it was nice how inuyasha sort of got some closure with that part of his life with him seeing kikyo. and aww of course her parents are going to be a little overprotective! their little girl is moving to an entirely different country! haha!! i know my mom was like that when i went abroad for a semester. and i thought it was sweet when kagome's dad called inuyasha son after their talk.
anyways im really sorry about your friend, im sure she would have been very proud of this story. also i think i may be a little late but happy (inugrrrl) birthday!!
I've been re-reading some of your stories but haven't had a chance to leave reviews or anything cause of school, moving, and everything, but thought I'd leave one today since I have some time for once!
