Loving this so far, its giving me a sort of beauty and the beast type vibe. Only thing is i couldnt for the life of me pinpoint an exact setting, kinda just have to not give a fuck after a while to really enjoy it lol.

I'm not really one for the high school fics, but seeing Light's name kinda made a little more interesting. For a second I was kind of hoping he'd be like his Death note character, gotta love him even though he's freaking nuts, lol
DaGrrrl says: This probably isn't a story you should follow. It's purely High School, for one. Two, I've never read a single page of Death Note or watched the anime, so if you're looking for DN characterization, you're not going to get it. Light wasn't supposed to be in this story at all; he was put in as a replacement for another character from another series. (Plus, it's widely known that I destroy canon characterization to suit my own needs, so he would have been different anyway, I'm sure). So, again, this one isn't for you since you don't like HS fiction and you're looking forward to canon Light.
