First I want to start by saying thank you for allowing me to be a member of your online universe. I feel like a kid in a candy store. There are so many stories that I can't wait to try out. Just a forewarning, You might be bombarded with reviews the next couple of days.

Second all I feel that I can say right now is wow. Vision of Love is just one of those stories that immediately grabbed me, and I didn't want to put it down. Each second something new happened that I wasn't expecting, and I was so enthralled.

You did an amazing job of adding in descriptions, and I especially like the way you portrayed InuYasha. He appeared strong even in the face of Kagome's rejection, but we later find out that he was just as miserable as Kagome - if not more so. You captured that feeling perfectly, and I was practically going through the same feelings as Kagome and InuYasha throughout the entire story.

Since I am already on the topic of feelings, I am inclined to say you have a way with capturing emotions. I am sure everyone who has read this has felt the exact emotion you wrote about; that is an amazing talent.

Going into this I was certain my heart was about to break; the very first paragraph shows InuYasha almost wishing for a physical manifestation to display the way he is feeling. Then as the story continued I realized that what he really wanted was to feel the tranquility that the weather displayed. And he knew there was one way to get it.

This story was so haunting. My heart is still in my throat; because InuYasha had been gifted with the one thing he never thought he would have, love, only for his demonic blood to rip it away from him.

This was a very deep fic that made me feel so sad for InuYasha. The end almost seemed to have a glimmer of hope in it, because InuYasha seemed to realize that he could be with Kagome in the afterlife without his demon surging forward.

Very well done. It's not often that a psychological fic can end up as carefully contrived as this one!

I love this! It's not often that I read crop fiction, simply because it doesn't seem to be readily available, but this is one that I would willingly read over and over.

You did a spectacular job of portraying all four characters, they each had their own voice, and after the first few paragraphs I had no problems deciphering which character was which. It got to the point that within the first few words I could almost guess whose head I was in.

Brilliant! Very unique as well. This was great to read.

I have so many emotions right now I don't even know what to do with myself. The love, the passion, the heartbreak; it was all wonderful.

I've only read a few of your pieces so far, but if this is the quality of your first fic I can only imagine how amazing the rest well be. The time and effort you put into this is clear, and even though you say it needs work still, I think it is amazing as is.

Love this introduction to pieces. InuYasha's attitude is amazing, and I love the interactions he had with Miroku and Sango. Though I don't know what happened between him and Kikyou I kind of like that mystery for now.

My heart is breaking so much! I don't know what is going to happen, but I've got a box of tissues at the ready just in case. Gah this story is painful, just when you think they're going to be happy everything turns to dust.

Right now no one in the story is happy. Except maybe Souten and Kikyou. I am just going to have to keep reading because I need to know what happens next!

Sometimes you just want a good ol' helping of smut with a side of hentai, and this certainly delivered.

I love the introduction to this. It starts off with appears to be one-sided desire, and I definitely felt a bit sorry for Kagome. I can't imagine hanging out with someone as hot as InuYasha and having feelings of lust that strong for him all the while knowing that those feelings were unrequited. It would make things very tense for me, and you played that up very well for Kagome. She was definitely using that whole 'look don't touch rule'.

Then we found out that InuYasha shared in the desire, and he seemed very aware of how Kagome was feeling. His past with Kikyou was what was holding him back, but Kagome's allure just made him through caution to the wind. Unresolved sexual tension can do that to a person.

The dance scene was amazing, I loved it. Very well described, and I could practically feel the heat radiating out of my computer screen.

Oh, but those most deliciously, alluring part of all of this was the fact that they didn't even make it to InuYasha's place. He was so eager that he pulled off to the side of the road and took her. I'm still fanning myself. It was amazing that he didn't even care about his precious car, because Kagome was sexing him so well that it didn't matter. Then his quip about repaying him with fifty different positions? Delectable.

Author's Response: What an awesome review!! Thanks so much! XD I wrote this in 2006 as a b-day gift for a friend. I had NO idea that it would turn into this ball of fuckery, but I'm glad people still enjoy it all these years later!

I feel like I just devoured this fic in a matter of hours.

I had a carefully thought out plan as to how I was going to go about reading your fics - I'd start with the one-shots, then the fables, and then from there I'd read short-stories and so on. But that plan changed as soon as I changed my layout to 'Forbidden Love' - beautiful artwork by the way. Once I saw that the artwork seemed to be inspired by a story, I knew I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed.

I'm not sure I have ever read an incest fic, so going into this I wasn't sure what to expect. But I do believe it surpassed any expectations I could have come up with.

This story has everything so far. It's got drama, love, romance, suspense, secrets, and of course smuts. Lot's of wonderfully glorious smut. It's quite amazing. It is amazing.

I felt so many things while reading this story, and I don't know that I can sort my head out enough to relay them to you. But I'm sure going to try.

Initially, I felt deeply sorry for InuYasha - it stemmed from his gut. The heart wants what the heart wants, and though it is everything InuYasha knows is wrong his heart wants his little sister. It was so sad to see him so close to giving in and breaking down. The thought that he thought death would be a welcome reprieve tore me in two. Then Kagome was dealing with InuYasha's callous attitude and had no idea that he was doing it for her own benefit. Each of them had their own inner turmoil and they just didn't understand that the other was in just as much pain. It was hard to watch them be so close and yet so far away.

Then the kiss happened. And both of them thought they were the one at fault. That was amazingly well written.

So much happened in this, and now we skip ahead to Bankotsu. I'm so worried about Kagome and InuYasha's future now because Bankotsu knows they're related. Knows their father. Anything could happen!

This fic was amazing, and while I wasn't sure what to expect going into it I know now that I love it. InuYasha and Kagome being in love while related was something that I never thought I'd enjoy, but I did. I think I just have a mighty need for those two to be together no matter what, circumstances be damned.

I'd leave more, but I now have a cat laying on my arms so seeing what I am typing is hard. Thank you for sharing! I enjoyed it the ride thus far!

Oh, and the artwork in this story is amazing as well.

Author's Response: As, you made the KoR plunge! I commend you on having the stomach for it. I've gotten a LOT of comments from readers who thought they'd hate the incest angle and wound up liking the story. That's amazing to me.

KoR is one of my top 5 favorites, and definitely one that I plan to finish, no matter how long it takes. I like these characters and all of their turmoil! *Looooves angst* And I'm glad you like the art! I have about 55 layouts in all (Not all of them are available and some haven't been seen yet) and 95% of them are based on a story. I tend to commission story art because I want to bring the words to life. So when you change your layout, check the header, and you'll usually find the name of the story printed on it. Oh man, what I ride that was. I think I need a nice long hug after that, I'm still feeling a bit shaken up and it ended on such a happy note as well.

God lord woman, your talent amazes me even more with each new story I read. This one made me have so many highs and lows I'm surprised that I am coherent enough to leave a review. It was such a thrilling roller-coaster though that I'd go through it willingly again and again.

At this point I am sure you have realized that I am die hard InuYasha and Kagome fan, so when I read stories like this when they have so much turbulence that it doesn't seem like they're going to make it I get worried. Even though I love angst a lot, an unhealthy amount really, I really wanted them together in this story. Maybe it was because they clearly loved each other so much, or maybe it was just because I felt like *I* wouldn't be okay if they weren't together towards the end. Whatever the case might have been you had my going there for a moment. Normally I can tell which direction a story will take, I had no idea with this one. It's not a feeling I'm used to. I liked it.

You did such an amazing job with this story. Each character had their own voice and their own opinion and they were all valid. While I did get angry at the characters on occasion - I mean come on, every story makes the reader angry at some point - it was all well with in reason. And the only reason I was getting angry was because I knew the ins and outs when the characters did not. I don't think you realize how emotional this story made me. It was so wonderful, so raw, and so real. You do amazing works, and I don't think I can sing your praises enough. I'm sure going to try though.

Great work, and a truly brilliant story. Your ideas all seem so unique and well thought out that I can only hope my stories hold an ounce of your talent. Well done, and once again thank you so much for allowing me the pleasure of reading your work. And it has been a true pleasure.

Two words: holy shit!!

Nothing else can really express how I am feeling after pouring over this fic. I couldn't stop reading once I started, and I didn't want to.

Good lord... I need a glass of water while I get a grip over myself.

InuYasha's domineering attitude is nothing I have ever read in a fic before. It's wonderfully refreshing in the darkest of ways, and I am so far beyond intrigued that I don't even think there is a proper word from it.

Throughout the first few chapters I kept telling myself that somehow, someway there would be a happy ending to this fic. Because even though I knew it was a dark!fic, I had high hopes for happy. Now though? Now I have no idea what is going to happen. And boy do I want to know so bad.

This is just amazing. InuYasha seems to cherish Kagome at some points and then despise her at others. He almost gave into her kiss in the car, and he even shuddered in an attempt to reign himself in. I thought that was a good sign, and then Kouga had to call, and InuYasha thought something along the lines of 'thank you for reminding me'. I want to know what Kagome reminded him about. I am so interested! There are so many possible directions this could go in, and I can't wait to see what you have in store for all of us.

Now the part of the review that I have been holding back on the longest: I absolutely cannot believe that InuYasha has a wife and kids! Have I mentioned how confused I am? He seems to love and cherish his family, and he promised he'd be back in a week never to leave again. What does that mean for Kagome? Oh I feel so sorry for Kagome.

Poor girl, whatever happens I know she's going to be put through the ringer.

Author's Response: What a review! Thank you!! And you're right; this story is extremely taxing to write. I have to get in a certain mindset, which is tough, and which is why I haven't been updating it. I plan to do so soon, but again, I need that mindset first.

This is a dark fic with a few shiny spots. That's the best way I can describe it. No hints on the plot (sowwy!), but InuYasha is just full of surprises that will make you either love him or hate him. My readers are constantly on a roller coaster -if they don't despise him outright already. lol. It's pretty fun to get them riled up with his antics. Thanks for checking it out! :D
