I just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I’m having computer trouble and she’ll probably have to go into the shop. This fucking SUCKS because repair would take about 2 weeks while a part is ordered. So I won’t be able to get online since I gave away my spare comps. That means I won’t be able to update or anything -another slice of suck.
I will be keeping the sites open in my absence. Captcha will have to go on Abi, though, or it will get raped with spam. Nikkie will be taking care of ED, so if anything pressing happens, see her. If/When I get a chance to check in during my hell period, I will, but if not, I’ll be back the second she’s feeling better. 😀
In other news, I got my hands on the new Coheed & Cambria CD, “Year of the Black Rainbow” and there is nothing that puts me in a better mood than hearing new CoCa. They’re my favorite band of ALL TIME so imagine having 12 new songs to hear? OH SHIT. JOYGASM. The song playing now (The Shattered Symphony) is amongst my faves off the new CD and it immediately inspired me to write more of The Neighbor. Just listen to the words -GAAAAAAAAAAH.
Lawd! I can listen to these guys all day (and probably will). I can’t wait to get my hands on the deluxe CD with all the extra goodies. *squee* (Are you lovin’ on it Am????)
Also, I ran into a little stump with the next chapter. Being sick has me a little laid up. I was better then it came strong again. The good news is that I’m getting sleep, which I really needed. I just hate that I won’t be able to update the moment the chap is ready, but that’s okay. I’ll be working on chaps via pen and paper and typing them up as soon as I’m able. If I can get a quickie chap up before I’m comp-less, I will, but just bear with me until I can get back.
EDIT: Kau rocks my fucking socks! She bought me a ticket to see COHEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!!! I fucking love her!!!!

Lovely pic.. Sorry to hear about the computer problems.. that always SUCKS!!! I would be going nuts if I had to wait that long… heck hubby couldn’t go 3 days without his.. LOL!! funny how you get attached to the stupid things…

Yeah, this suck. Wholly. And I’m hoping it doesn’t come to that. Sigh. I sent a comp log over to my computer geeks and they’re supposed to tell me what’s what in the next day or so. They can just read the log and tell me what the comp is asking for (Wonderful macs! xDD) I just hope it’s not what i think it is because that would blow HUNKS.
And thanks for the offer. *squeezes you* I so appreciate that, and if I need it, trust me, you’ll be hearing from me! I hate that this happened now because it stressed me out and I’m not concentrating the way I need to in order to write. Plus, I’ve been sleeping more, and unbelievably, I write my best when I’m very tired. So, I’m getting hammered at every fucking angle. *wails in despair*
I’m attempting to do a bit of writing now with the hope that I can get my head in writing order and post something before I’m comp-less. Urgh. This is SO much fun. >.>

And yus, a new Coheed album and it's fantastic! I love those guys. P2P sharing is actually an issue in the U.S. as in illegal, lol. I do it here and there, but I do buy albums of the artists that i want to support. I always buy Coheed’s stuff. Always. But this CD isn’t out yet (I don’t think), so it’s a huge treat for me and the only thing making me feel better right now!
And thanks. I’m still not feeling great, and the comp shit makes it worse, but I’m hanging in there. I’m hoping to get a chapter up before anything happens. Wish me luck!! 😀

Hope you and the computer are feeling better soon, I’ve also been under the weather lately, and have to go to doctor today (joy….). I totally know how it feels to be comp-less. Had to go through a WHOLE mess of trouble last year because of internet issues and when Ike hit here in Texas my computer was away for repairs so it got held up for a MONTH! AHHH! Not to mention I go to school online -.-;;;complete suckage.

Aww…that sucks =( I’m holding out hope that my own comp will last me till May, at least, since the screen is literally HANGING off a broken hinge (don’t ask me how it still works, either. Its a mystery AND a miracle). I tend to drop it a lot too, but if that happens one more time, I have a feeling its done for.
And wooo! You ordered the deluxe?! NIIIIICEEEEE! Thanks to having to save for a new laptop, I had to order the reg.edition, but let me know how it is! As a plus, though, I WILL be seeing them! *shakes while trying not to SQUEE the roof off of Redemp* First time AND, it happens to be the day after my last day of class…soo woohoo! \O/ Part-aaaaaaaaaay!

Being without a comp makes me insane. Trust me on that one. I don’t even know how I’d get by. ARGH. We get so attached, ne? lol. I’ll know by the end of the weekend if I need to bring her in; I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I’m working on The Neighbor, but I’ve been stressed and my words haven’t been flowing. Sigh. Makes me so annnnnnoyed. Pray that they’ll get back in my head! xD

Yeah, girl, it does suck. >.< I'm really hoping it doesn't come to that, but I'll roll with the punches. I have to LOL at your comp. You better stop dropping that thing; they're expensive! xD I mailed my other iMac G4 to Onna and the p.o. broke it's neck. I was furious, and because it wasn't insured, (My ex forgot when he mailed it), there was no recourse. I was so heated and she hasn't been able to fix it because there's no apple store near her (would probably cost a lot, too).
Congrats on the concert!!! This will be my 10th time seeing them, hell, maybe 11th, lol. I go every time they come to town and they put on a wicked performance. There's so much crowd participation and they don't come off like they're up there and we're down here, ya know? They're like a part of us and it really comes across when they play live. Just be careful of the moshing -I think you may have heard me complain about that before. They can get kinda stupid, especially when they play "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth III" (and most other guitar driven parts). You're gonna love them -squee! And you have to tell me what songs you like best off YOTBR! I'm LOVING The Shattered Symphony and World of Lines, but just about all of them sound good. I can't wait to see Claudio belt them out live. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
And shankies for the well wishes. I'm actually getting good sleep, but stressing over stuff is making it hard to put pen to paper. How much does that suck?

Oh man Dx They broke a mac? That’s terrible! Really outta control how they keep losing and breaking all your stuff. And yeah, I can’t have anything nice xD I break things in the weirdest ways possible. You know those glasses that are not supposed to break? I’ve even broken a pair of those xD
And 10/11 times! Wowwwwwww! That sounds awesome. I’m so excited! I loved watching it from the terminal 5 vids you sent me, so I can’t even IMAGINE being there (it’ll be outdoors, too!) The moshing -.- … That’s probably the only part I’m not looking forward to. I went to a show a few weeks ago–local stuff–and came out feeling like I’d been run through a blender. They didn’t even have security, and trying to get out I got scratched in the face with god knows what (but I made sure to get a tetanus, because ew -.-). I’m trying to convince some friends to come with as protection, but its literally pulling teeth asking anyone to go to with me. One friend KINDA likes Coheed and loves Circa so *fingers crossed* here’s hoping ^^
LOL! And my favorite ones keep changing every few listen-throughs. I love ’em all, but right now its “When Skeletons Live” and “Pearl of the Stars” (btw, how WICKED are the titles for these things!) Pearl is lovely. Their slower ballads are usually hit and miss for me (like “Wake up” didn’t do it for me, but I LOVE “Light and the Glass”) but with Claudio and, I think, Mic? singing together…its so pretty! I can’t wait!!!!!!

I don’t do comics, but I’ve been a little curious, especially when it comes to trying to figure out where my fave songs fit in. I actually went to a few comic places to get them, but they were always sold out. >..> I was ready for Coheed from the beginning. The tour with Avenged Sevenfold was <.< a double headliner (I went to both shows) and the night when they performed first was like -ear-splitting. Then when Coheed opened, I left when they were done, lol. You'll LOVE them live; it will be supa dupa amazing. Avoid the moshing. Seriously. And EW is right. I'd go apeshit if anything ever came near my face. And no security??? OMG, girl, be careful. These venues aren't as safe as they used to be. No security means no weapons frisk, so please don't do that again!
Pearl is gorg. I like Wake Up, too, though. My faves are definitely The Shattered Symphony, World of Lines, and The Black Rainbow, but I like all of them and that's rare for me. There's always 1 or 2 that I can't get into. But now I'm wondering where they'll go next since all of their songs were sort of based on the graphic novels. O.O
I'm working on a chap now and praying I can get it posted before I have to take my comp in. Actually, I'm hoping it doesn't come to that. My geeks said they'll have an answer by tomorrow night and that it would be roughly 10-12 days that I'd be without my mac. ARGH. And speaking of, yeah, the P.O. broke the flipping iMac's neck. Literally. When Onna got it she said the monitor was "hanging off", and we're talking about a sturdy comp. That meant they were throwing it around. Total bullshit, and without insurance, they just got away with it. Infuriates me just thinking about it.

YOBTR is the last one for their Amory Wars concept, so yeah, it’ll be way interesting to see what they come up with next. LOL @ the Avenged Sevenfold concert. When I took my Dad with me for MCR, he thought I said Disturbed, so he came equipped with ear plugs and everything xD And I don’t plan on it! Trust me >.> I hate those sort of things, but a friends band was playing and security was supposed to be there..but something weird happened. The people organizing changed last second and it was just a mess. The cut wasn’t big, near anything important (it caught my chin), or deep enough to scar (and If I had seen who did it there would’ve been a BRAWL, lol). The mark is completely gone now, too, and I’m thinking the worst it could’ve been was someone’s ring or jewelery…still gross, but luckily not a razor or worse. But yeah, not my scene at all. I only stood for a few minutes before leaving. I just wanna enjoy some good music, so I’ll be sure to avoid it. It’d be nice if people could just BEHAVE THEMSELVES -.- but what can you do? I still can’t wait and no matter what, I’m sure it’ll be awesome <3
Its rare that I like all of them, too, but then there's some that I won't like at first and love later–like on their last album, I didn't pick up on "The Running Free" but its one of my faves now. Same happened on this one with "Far." It took a few listens, but now I'm really into it.
I hope the problem is something fixable! And that's crazy! I didn't think Mac's could break like that (it looks like the P.O is worse than me o.o)! There's no way she can send it to Apple to get fixed (it would mean dealing with more USPS, but maybe worth a try)?
