Just popping in to wish you guys a Merry Christmas! I’m spending the day at the hospital, but I’ll be back this evening and will finally take that all-important first step to finishing one of my many half-written chapters. My friend is doing much, much better, but he still can’t come home yet, so Xmas is coming to him!

And speaking of, I got another awesome gift today -and so did Eternal Destiny. My friend, Moni (The one who made those gorgeous Hikari wallpapers), made a personalized 2013 calendar for me! It’s fucking awesomesaucebbq! When things calm down, I’m heading to the print shop to get it done on card stock. It’s made for a desk, and she made one for ED’s deviantART group as well! Picture?

How much does she rock?? I know some of you who come to the site have heard me playing them (Panic Switch is playing now), so I’ll get to hear them do all of those cool songs live -and the show is a few days after Coheed & Cambria’s show. S.Q.U.E.E! I’M IN A GREAT MOOD NOW -LALALA!

Not to mention that yesterday U-KISS released the teaser for their new song/video. SO can’t wait to see it. I don’t know how I’ll feel about the song, but I like the visuals! Kevin is pretty like always!

So, I had a few really cool things happen during a week that should have been out and out lousy and I’m pretty happy about it. A good friend of mine bought my tickets to see my favorite band, <em>Coheed & Cambria</em> (The concert is in Oct), pre-ordered their deluxe boxset for me (the latest album, plus a slew of extras that will only be available with the deluxe), and then finished it off with a new drawing tablet. (Nope, I can’t draw at all, lol. But I feel like trying!). It was the coolest gifts and it was totally awesome of him to do that for me. 

I’m also in the mood to write a bit, which is always a good thing. I haven’t felt like it much lately, but I think I want to give it a try. Only… the house is getting painted this morning. ARGH. It was supposed to happen earlier in the week, but was canceled at the last minute. Now, I’m stuck doing it in just a few hours from now. YUCK. But I’ll endure; I just want it over with! Hopefully, the smell of the paint won’t be too horrific and I’ll be able to get a little writing done, but if not… >.<

Fuckin’ Straight.

Went shopping today and got myself a little late 7th anniversary present.

The anniversary art Kau ordered for me from Fanasy is finally finished! It’s cute, too.  

I will probably make it a skin, so I don’t want to say too much, but I’ll share the concept -which will be a dead giveaway, lol. Though I’m totally alternate universe with my Human Yasha, I still love Hanyou Yasha and always will. He is where my love for InuYasha began and he’ll always have a special place in my heart. To me, the two characters are one and the same, even if I choose to bring a different side of him to life. For me, they will always be “As One”.

So, that’s all the clues for today. Hopefully, you’ll like the art! 😀
